Cloudelligent is hiring for Technical Account Manager (AWS) in Islamabad.
What you will do
- Understand and advocate for clients, their unique business challenges, and how technology can be used to solve them.
- Own and drive client relationships throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Analyze client usage patterns and provide proactive recommendations.
- Understand the business requirement to engage subject matter experts to provide technical recommendations for clients.
- Work with the Solution Architect team to develop convincing and competitive Proposals and SOW's.
- Support relationships with our clients from a technical and business perspective.
What you need
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing business development or account management role.
- Experience working with the client's vision, business goals, and critical success factors.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
