DHA conducts a computerized ballot to randomly assign plot numbers to file holders. Each file is matched with a specific sector, block, street, and plot number. Results are published on the official DHAI-R website.
Dues & development charges
After balloting, DHA issues a payment schedule for remaining dues and development charges. These must be paid on time to maintain good standing and avoid surcharges.
Possession & construction
Once development in your sector is complete and all dues are cleared, DHA issues a possession letter. After possession, you can apply for construction approval through the DHA Building Control department.
