COTHM is hiring for Academic Coordinator in Islamabad.
What you will do
- Reviewing and updating syllabi, lesson plans, and textbooks to ensure they align with national standards and modern industry needs.
- Integrating technology-improved learning into the standard curriculum.
- Identifying and procuring necessary educational materials, software, and laboratory equipment etc.
- Conduct regular workshops and professional development sessions to improve pedagogical skills.
- Performing classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers on their delivery and student engagement.
- Creating and manage the master timetable for classes, examinations, and substitute teaching arrangements.
What you need
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Sciences/Computer Sciences/Education.
- Experience: 1+ Years (Preference Educational Sector).
