COTHM is hiring for Hospitality Management Instructor in Islamabad.
What you will do
- Teaching undergraduate or vocational courses in core areas, including but not limited to: Front Office Operations, Food & Beverage Management, Executive Housekeeping, Hospitality Law, and.
- Conduct hands-on, practical training in simulated environments (e.g., commercial teaching kitchens, mock hotel front desks, point-of-sale lab systems).
- Incorporating diverse instructional methodologies, utilizing real-world case studies, group simulations, and current hospitality technology platforms.
- Maintain an engaging, inclusive classroom culture that models industry standards for professionalism, grooming, and customer service.
- Designing, evaluating, and regularly updating course syllabi, lecture materials, and lab manuals to ensure compliance with modern industry standards and institutional guidelines.
- Collaborating with the Academic Department/Board to identify shifting market trends (e.g., sustainable tourism, automated guest services) and integrate them into the coursework.
What you need
- Associate’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE)/ Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT).
- Experience: 2 Years (Education sector, preferable).
