PAYSA FTDP PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring for Executive - Sales Merchant Acquiring (North) in Islamabad.
What you will do
- Identify and build a strong pipeline of potential merchants through field visits and referrals.
- Onboard merchants and coordinate POS (Point of Sale) deployment.
- Manage and grow existing merchant relationships by increasing transaction volumes.
- Educate merchants on PaySa’s products, services, and product benefits.
- Ensure smooth merchant activation and ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, onboarded merchants, and performance.
What you need
- 14 years of education in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in merchant acquiring, POS sales, or fintech/banking sales.
- Strong field sales and negotiation skills.
- Can build and maintain long-term merchant relationships.
- Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills.
