I’ve visited many KFC franchises around the world, but this was by far the worst experience — I’m still shocked.We stopped here after iftar while traveling, expecting a quick meal from a trusted brand. Unfortunately, it was anything but that.It took around 10 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. We complained to the manager, who apologized and took back the chicken pieces but left the burgers from our Extreme Duo Box on the table. We were left eating soggy burgers while waiting another 10 minutes for the replacement chicken.When the chicken finally arrived, it was undercooked — with visible blood and an unpleasant texture. It was genuinely disgusting. We complained again, and the manager took it back a second time, saying it would take another 10 minutes. Instead, we waited nearly 20 minutes with no food. Other customers were also complaining about delays and issues.When we followed up, we were casually told, “The chicken is on its way.” At that point, we had had enough. We left the food on the table and walked out. I even told the manager he was welcome to eat it himself.Terrible service. Terrible food. Hi its currently 2:40 AM and I just ordered buffalo wings and a burger meal from your DHA 2 Islamabad KFC branch. Unfortunately I feel very disappointed with the quality the fries were extremely dark brown and didn’t look fresh so I could not eat them also the chicken fillet inside the burger was surprisingly small compared to the size of the bun which made the meal very unsatisfying.Kindly look into this matter and try to improve the quality and consistency of your food. A strong brand name should always reflect good standards because many businesses lose their reputation and shut down even after achieving success. I received an undercooked chicken burger with visibly pink meat, which is a serious food safety concern. I reported it and the team did agree to send a replacement, which I appreciate. However, the replacement took around 2–2.5 hours to arrive. My recent experiences at KFC DHA 2 have been mixed. The branch is usually too rushy, and the staff is quite slow in managing the workload. Long lines and extended order waiting times make the visit less enjoyable. It seems the team struggles to handle peak hours effectively.Last time I had the Zinger, and it wasn’t bad. Entirely pathetic. They deliver you warm drinks and even sometimes wrong orders. the rider straight up lies saying there were no cold beverages in the outlet. The heck? why am I paying you more money for a cold beverage then?I ordered a Kentucky burger and they gave me a krunch burger. When I complained they said they'd contact shortly and never bothered following it up.The Mighty burger i got with it had a hair in it. The service has fallen down disgustingly. One of the best branches with cooperative staff and perfect food quality.The service was prompt and friendly. The staff members were attentive, taking orders with a smile and answering any questions I had about the menu. The wait time for my order was reasonable, given the crowd.My visit was a satisfying one. From the enticing aroma of their signature fried chicken to the friendly service and inviting atmosphere, the restaurant delivered on its promise of providing a delightful fast-food experience. Today we ordered a Family Deal from KFC for home delivery because we had guests over. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The chicken was clearly not fresh and tasted like it had been refried. It was extremely oily, and the seasoning was overloaded with salt to the point that it caused stomach pain. We had noticed the same issue in a previous order and even reported it, but nothing has improved.It is very disappointing that home delivery customers seem to receive stale or leftover food instead of freshly prepared meals. This was embarrassing in front of our guests and completely unacceptable. This is the absolute worst kfc i have ever been to. I am writing this sitting there right now after waiting more than an hour for a simple order. 5 plain zinger meals with cheese and 5 regular zingers with cheese. All of them came with mayo and no cheese. Went back came with cheese and mayo...again back and finally correct.Asked for straws with drink they said they are all out. Did not give napkins cause all out. Asked for mighty burgers but all out.You ask staff for anything and they say ok and start asking their other colleagues. None of the staff members have any clue where things are i had to tell them where their stuff is. And they're working at the pace of zombies. They lied to me that ice-cream is included in the extreme duo box meal. Made me order ice-cream but when I checked the bill it was extra 255, I never wanted to order ice-cream cream. Later on, I raised my concern on counter, the guy said, it is my first day and I told you as it is what was taught to me. Ice cream quality was too low. 👎🏻 Burger quality was also on the lower side. This branch is the worst branch ever. I placed my order at 1:05AM and I am still waiting for it. The branch manager here named Kashif I believe is the worst person the deal with.He canceled my order without even informing us and reported false reasons to the brand that I canceled the order. The customer support people are excellent and they said that the issue will be resolved but I'm still waiting on that.They told me that the manager will directly to resolve the issue. I got a call but as soon as I picked it up, they hung up. I'm assuming it's the same incompetent branch manager who's been delivering crap service for god knows how long.
