Ive always been going to their salon for my services and they’ve always catered me. Booked Maha for my bridal makeup for all three days and it was the best decision i made. She catered to everything so politely and calmly, i felt so at home and so so comfortable. They have such a calm environment which is exactly what you need on a day when you’re naturally so anxious. And also the whole staff is the sweetest. Mahnoor is the best who manages everything so effortlessly and she made all my bookings easy and hassle free. A few months ago, I got my keratin treatment done at Maha Khalid, and I was so happy with the results that I decided I wouldn’t go to any other salon again. Even though it’s about an hour away from my home, I happily make the trip because the quality of their service is worth it.Today, I went back for a haircut, and my mother came with me for a facial. While I was once again very satisfied with my service, my mother wasn’t completely happy with hers. What truly impressed me wasn’t that everything was perfect, it was how the team handled the situation.The manager listened to my mother’s concerns with patience and respect. There was no defensiveness, no trying to prove the client wrong, and no dismissing her experience. Had my makeup done by Maha at Maha Khalid Salon for my cousin’s wedding and honestly she did such a great job. The makeup was exactly how I wanted it elegant, flawless, and very natural-looking. It stayed perfect and long-lasting throughout the whole event, which I really loved.She was super professional and paid attention to every little detail to make sure everything was perfect. Had the best mani-pedi experience at Maha Khalid Salon. The staff was so welcoming and professional, and the whole atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I got my keratin treatment done by Sadia today and I’m obsessed. She was so kind and professional! I’ve had keratin done like 6 times now, but this was easily the best experience. The coolest part? Since I booked my Valima and Barat bridal services with them, they also gave me some complimentary services, including a manicure, pedicure, massage, and more.I also got my nails done by Sara, who was excellent at her work.
