What you will do
- Communicate with U.S.-based clients (hospitals, clinics, and doctors) via portals, phone, and email to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve software performance.
- Perform quality checks on client requests and software updates.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client queries.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably BBA/IT) from a reputable university.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated punctuality and professional work ethic.
- Basic business acumen and problem-solving ability.
