Fun City Pakistan is hiring for Customer Service in Islamabad Dha Phase-Ii.
What you will do
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about rides, games, and safety procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure customer safety and satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
- Report any operational or safety issues to supervisors.
What you need
- At least FSc / Intermediate (Graduation preferred).
- 1–2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and customer dealing skills.
- Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality.
