Mustafa Developers is hiring for Assistant Manager HR and Admin in Islamabad Dha Phase-Ii.
What you will do
- Human Resources.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
What you need
- Bachelor's or master's degree in one of the listed fields.
- Human Resource Management.
- Business Administration.
- Or a related discipline.
- HR certifications such as CIPD, CHRP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
